Master of Business Administration Early Acceptance Program (MEAP)
Conditional Acceptance into the Masters of Business Administration (online and in-person hybrid) program for St. Mary’s incoming undergraduate students.
MEAP conditional acceptance offers are available to all majors, inclusive of transfer students, accepted into St. Mary’s University who meet the criteria outlined below.
Students accepted into MEAP would receive a one-time $1,500 scholarship to cover tuition and/or fee expenses toward their MBA degree.
First-time Domestic Student Selection Criteria
First-time, first-year students and first-time transfer students, who are admitted to StMU, would be invited by enrollment management to apply, via an application, to MEAP. This would include the following criteria broken out by major and student classification.
Criteria for GSB majors:
- High School GPA minimum of 3.75
- Recommendation from high school teacher
Criteria for non-business majors:
- High School GPA minimum of 3.75
- Recommendation from high school teacher
- Essay of interest in pursuing a post-graduate MBA degree
Criteria for transfers:
- College GPA minimum of 3.50
- Recommendation from college faculty
- Review by Program Director
Selection Criteria for International Students
- Transcript review
- English proficiency
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Internet-based Test (iBT)®: 80
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS): 6.0
- Duolingo English Test: 110+

If prospective students meet the admissions criteria above, they can be offered conditional acceptance into the MBA program contingent on continued good standing and academic progress during their time at St. Mary’s.
In the middle of their senior year (end of fall semester), the MBA Director will assess whether candidates for the MBA meet the following criteria to be fully accepted into and continue with the program.
