Payment Policy
Student registration is not complete until all financial obligations have been met by the established deadlines. Payment arrangements include monthly installment plans, employer deferral plans, and third-party plans. For more information regarding these plans, contact the Business Office.
Payment Deadlines
- Full tuition is due by the start of classes each semester. (Balances not paid in full by this date will automatically be placed on an installment plan.)
- Installment Plan Due Dates:
- Fall Term - Sept 5, Oct 5, Nov 5, and Dec 5
- Spring Term - Feb 5, Mar 5, Apr 5, and May 5
- Maymester - May 22
- Full Summer/Summer I - June 10, Jul 10, Aug 10
- Summer II - July 15, Aug 15
Acceptable Forms of Payment
Debit/Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. These forms of payment will require a 3% non-refundable processing fee for any transaction over the amount of $3.
- ACH – e-check: An e-check is an electronic withdrawal from a checking or savings bank account (routing and account numbers are required). There is no processing fee for paying using an e-Check. Please note that if your e-check is returned unpaid to the University, a fee of $50 will be billed.
- In-person Payments: Students may submit payments in cash or with a check in person at the Business Office located in St. Louis Hall, Room 024
